Brian Penna

Brian has 25 years experience in providing business and tax advice to small to medium business clients in a wide range of industries and professions.

Brian began his career with a big four accounting firm in Adelaide, then worked for an investment bank in London. He returned to Adelaide to work as a senior manager with another big four accounting firm and then a second tier accounting firm before establishing Penna Michael in 2001.

Brian’s areas of expertise include taxation, superannuation, estate planning, business management and development.

Brian has a bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Adelaide, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a registered tax agent and a fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.

Alistair Michael

Alistair has 20 years experience providing business and tax advice in the small to medium business market. Prior to establishing Penna Michael, Alistair worked in a big four accounting firm and then as a tax manager with a large private company group. 

Alistair has a particular expertise in taxation, superannuation and business structuring.

Alistair has a bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Adelaide, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a registered tax agent and a fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
